What is an eflyer?

It's a broadcasted email to our database of active Texas REALTORS®, sharing information about a real estate events and/or property you are either listing or seeking.  We have broken our agents down into the counties they are practicing in.  We reserve the right to refuse broadcasting of any content if we deem it to out of alignment with our database.

How it works

Orders are worked in the order they arrive.  You can expect a proof within one business day (but often the same day).  We guarantee proofs by Friday at 2pm for all orders sent in by noon on Thursdays.  We are not open over the weekend, but we do schedule emails over the weekend for flyers that are approved by 4:30 PM CST on Fridays.  Open rates are consistently around 30% M-F 7am-7pm.  For specific open rates of your flyer, email us 48 hours after send time.

If you'd like us to design your flyer

1. Fill out the custom eflyer form below - enter in all information on the form and upload your photos, logo and headshot.

2. If you've never sent a eFlyer with us before, don't worry, we probably have your broker's eflyer template on file.  If we do not have a template, we will work with you to create a template for future use with us.  If you have already worked with us, go to #3.

3.  You will receive a proof of the eflyer and an invoice from paypal.  We encourage you to check all spelling, addresses, links, etc.  

4. We include up to three rounds of edits in the cost of the eflyers.  You will reply with your approval once all of the details are confirmed.

5.  With your payment and approval, we will schedule the eflyer to go out in the next available preferred time slot.

If you have a flyer already designed

1. You fill out the upload a flyer form (button below), and full out the order form

2.  You will receive a proof of the eflyer and an invoice from paypal.  We encourage you to check all spelling, addresses, links, etc.  

3. We include up to three rounds of edits in the cost of the eflyers.  You will reply with your approval once all of the details are confirmed.

4.  With your payment and approval, we will schedule the eflyer to go out in the next available preferred time slot.
