GENERAL PRICING
Email flyers pricing is $25 for the first Texas County. The cost for each additional county is $15.
Flyer setup with our standard template is an additional $10.
($10 for setup + $25 for first county+ $15 for each additional county)
CUSTOM FLYER TEMPLATES
If you are interested in standing out from the crowd and would like to institute your own branding, we will also gladly create custom flyer templates,
specifically for you. There is a one-time fee to create a template design of $25. Once the template is designed, we will keep it on file for you, and you
can use it as many times as you like for the low standard set-up fee of $10
($25 for first flyer/design charge:+ $10 set-up fee + $25 for first county + $15 for each additional county;
subsequent flyers: $10 setup fee + $25 for first county + $15 for each additional county)
RESEND PRICING
Resending flyers that we have previously sent (without changes to flyer design) is a flat $15 per county.
HOW TO ORDER AN EMAIL FLYER (from template)
1. Fill out the online form here
2. Send 6 of your favorite photos of the property and any logos or realtor photos you would like to appear in the email flyer to austinemailflyers@gmail.com
with the property address in the subject line.
After we receive this information, we will send you an invoice and a proof!
